An exit plan checklist is a practical plan on how to remain safe while preparing to leave when the time is right to do so, as well as how to support yourself once you have exited the relationship. It is important to think through possible scenarios so that you are prepared if things go sideways.

This checklist applies for those experiencing physical AND/OR emotional/narcissistic abuse. Just because someone who is emotionally abusive hasn't physically harmed you, there is a heightened level of risk that they may turn violent in the event you leave, so a safety plan should be made.

Of course, if the abuse escalates before you have time to completely prepare, don't hesitate to get yourself to safety. There isn't always time to make a plan. Safety is the NUMBER 1 priority!

If you would like support in planning to leave your abusive relationship, I would love to be your guide. Discovery calls are FREE!
